Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary: We are seeking HVAC Service Technicians who can diagnose, repair, and provide routine maintenance on residential and light commercial heating & air conditioning systems to company standards. Pay Scale: Competitive, Based on Experience.

Work Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion)

Reports to: Service Manager

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or its equivalent
Able to pass drug and background check
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Excellent customer service skills
Positive and encouraging attitude
Ability to work well in a team-based environment
Conform to company standards, procedures, and policies
Work from up to a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment
Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes

Qualifications desired:

Universal EPA Certification
Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
Insurable driving record
Possess tools needed to complete the job
