Project Management:
Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects from start to finish.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of electricians and apprentices.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication.
Installation and Maintenance:
Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in various settings.
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards.
Safety and Compliance:
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols on job sites.
Ensure all team members adhere to local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain clear and open lines of communication with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during projects.
Make decisions on-site to address challenges and keep projects on track.

Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.20 - $24.33 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 32 per week
