This individual is responsible for the installation, retrofit and repair of environmental control systems, utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting and structural layouts.

Job functions and duties (other duties may be assigned)

§ Responsible for servicing all HVAC products and equipment

§ Uses a variety of hand tools to identify, diagnose and repair systems and equipment

§ Performs preventative maintenance and site surveys

§ Represents company by serving as a direct customer contact.

§ Provides sales leads to Supervisor or Service Manager.

§ Orders parts for repairs and service work.

§ Documents work by completing paperwork on each job including daily time sheet

§ Provides technical support to customers.

§ Delivers parts to job sites, as necessary
