Job Overview:
McDaniel Furnace & Sheet Metal, a family-owned and operated company since 1943, seeks a dedicated Residental HVAC Assistant to join our team. As a Residental HVAC Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residential and light commercial equipment installation projects in new and existing construction.

Duties:
- Assist in the design, building, and maintenance of residential and light commercial properties.

- Assist in residential new construction installations
- Drive company vans to transport equipment and materials as needed.
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure efficient operations.
- Uphold high standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience:

-Experience in residental new construction is a plus, but no required.

- Familiarity with mechanical systems and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
