Duties/ Residential Plumbing Superintendent Responsibilities:

Responsible for quality control programs on projects
Documents job walks with project status photos
Ensures all work is installed per project scope and adheres to industry standards and codes
Evaluates construction methods and cost-effectiveness
Regularly visits projects to assess performance, and quality
Confirms ADA regulations and code for installation

Software/Equipment Qualifications Residential Plumbing Superintendent:

Required Skills/Abilities Commercial Plumbing Superintendent:

Must have 5+ years of experience in Residential Plumbing / Commercial Plumbing is a plus
Basic computer skills
