Position Overview:
Soliz Optimum Transports, a reputable contract service provider in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to lead our operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in vacuum trucks, hot oilers, roustabout services, welding, construction, production, and maintenance. This leadership role demands a strong understanding of HSE procedures and regulations, as well as excellent team leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of operations, including vacuum truck services, hot oilers, roustabout services, welding, construction, production, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and regulations, fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting collaboration and accountability.
Manage budgeting and financial planning for projects to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and improve service delivery.
Utilize Word and Excel for reporting, data analysis, and project management tasks.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the oil and gas contract services industry.
Familiarity with vacuum trucks, hot oilers, roustabout, welding, construction, production, and maintenance services.
Strong understanding of HSE procedures and regulations.
Excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong teams.
Proficient in budgeting and project management.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
