Residential home seeking a skilled mechanical engineer and/or HVAC Technician to service and maintain the commercial HVAC system in the home. Must have knowledge and experience with HVAC automation control systems. Current control system installed through Johnson Controls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for light installation work, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, filtration, air conditioning, domestic water and snowmelt boiler systems in a residential setting. Larger installation work can be assisted by owner's current HVAC company.

Really looking for an engaging, skilled and experienced person to be able to learn and maintain the HVAC, boiler and control systems and perform regular oversight and preventative maintenance. Also looking for that person to be available when problems arise to operate as the homeowner's representative in working with their current HVAC company to convey problems and potential fixes.

Pay is negotiable and hours can vary depending on the needs at the moment. Looking for an independent contractor to bill for their services.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
