Overview:
We are seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our dynamic team. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a commercial or industrial setting. Responsibilities:

- Assist experienced electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including high-voltage equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other electrical diagrams.
- Utilize hand tools and electrical equipment, such as a multimeter and ohmmeter, to perform electrical tests and troubleshooting.
- Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines to ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a focus on safety and quality.
- Assist in the preparation of electrical permits and other necessary documentation.
- Participate in continuous learning and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Skills:

- Knowledge of electrical systems and experience working with commercial or industrial electricians.
- Familiarity with high-voltage equipment and the use of a voltmeter.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and the interpretation of electrical schematics.
- Experience with hand tools and electrical equipment, including an ohmmeter.
- Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and its application in commercial and industrial settings.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from experienced electricians.
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic and evolving industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
