We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on residential/ commercial construction sites. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of electrical principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues with precision and efficiency.
Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes.
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with homeowners.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and site personnel to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Skills

- Experience as a residential electrician or commercial electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical diagrams.
- Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools, including frame carpentry tools.
- Experience with the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting using tools such as a voltmeter.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,800.00 - $73,800.00 per year
