Motivated professional needed to join our HVAC team in Beltsville! Seeking estimator/project manager and technicians.

Evaluate blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for projects or services
Conduct site visits and studying project specifications to understand the HVAC requirements of a project
Prepare and submitting accurate and competitive bids to potential clients
Meet with clients, architects, engineers, or contractors to discuss the scope of work
Calculate heating and cooling needs for client’s spaces
Provide recommendations for energy-efficient systems that meet budget and performance objectives
Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid strategy and presentation meetings as requested
Maintain current information on industry pricing, products, and trends
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients to negotiate prices, timelines, and technical requirements
Document and managing changes in design and construction work that may affect project costs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
