Duties:
Entry Level Experience:
- We are willing to train a self-motivated candidate with little experience
-Requires an associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technicial school, with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspecting and cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.
- Ability to multi-task, be self-driven, reliable, focused, and committed to completing tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training sessions as needed.
Multi-Year Experience:
-Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and completing repairs on both residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
-Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.
-Ability to effectively present repair and/or replacement proposals to the customer

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
