Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dispatcher/Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This critical role involves overseeing daily delivery operations, managing a team of delivery drivers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch Operations:
Coordinate and manage daily dispatch activities.
Monitor delivery routes and driver performance using real-time tracking systems.
Adjust routes as necessary to optimize efficiency and address any issues that arise.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise delivery drivers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Operational Efficiency:
Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with Amazon DSP policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular safety training and inspections.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
