Sunniva LLC is the parent company of Juany Cleaning Service and Aqua Clear Pool Care with deep roots in Austin. We are growing fast and are excited to welcome a Customer Service Representative for our Pool Service line to our team! We service Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, Hutto, Lakeway, Spicewood, Dripping Springs, Buda, Kyle, and all surrounding Central Texas communities. We have over 1,000 clients and over 50 employees and contractors. We are located in 78704.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests.
Answer incoming calls, texts and emails from prospects and customers.
Schedule service appointments.
Resolve or diffuse customer issues and provide timely feedback to Service Manager regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Maintain customer records by immediately updating account information in Jobber and Quickbooks Online.
Reach out to customers to gather feedback on their service experience.
Communicate with the staff for scheduling updates, issues, and customer preferences.
Work in partnership with other employees to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process of new field colleagues
Create quote for services (maintenance, filter cleaning, repair)

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Previous customer service experience required.
Previous scheduling and/or call center experience preferred.
Ability to communicate well, using excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
Excellent written communication skills, including spelling and punctuation.
Excellent team player.
Experience with Jobber and Quickbooks online preferred.
Quarterly performance bonus: up to 20% of salary based on agreed upon KPI’s.
Previous experience in the Pool Service industry

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
