MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

A luxury community just built in the heart of Chisholm Creek is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician. We are looking for someone with previous experience in multifamily maintenance that is skilled in HVAC, and has technical experience with apartment communities. The ideal candidate is someone that needs very little oversight and is a team players that is willing to help out where needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Work Orders

*HVAC and Appliance Repair and Maintenance

*Painting and make readies

*Property clean up

*Power washing and blowing debris

*Pool Cleaning

*Helping with grounds when needed

Job Requirements:

Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow team members and have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and successfully complete a background check. We offer excellent benefits and competitive pay.

Education/Qualifications:

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks for a fast-paced, demanding community. Be dependable/reliable, producing timely work to company standards. High School Diploma or GED required, maintenance experience preferred, but not required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is also required.
