Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the transportation operations of the company
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including routing, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
- Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of transportation activities
- Manage and develop a team of transportation staff, including drivers and dispatchers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Resolve any transportation-related issues or customer complaints in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in transportation management
