We are currently looking for a Full Time Unlimited Journeyman to join our HVAC Unit 1 team located at the HVAC Building working .

Summary:

This position is responsible for service work on CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioner) HVAC equipment specific to computer rooms for properties within the Chickasaw Nation, Department of Commerce.

Responsibilities:
* Installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/piping equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of building
* Capable of servicing all refrigeration equipment and air conditioning up to 1000 Tons industrial Centravac chillers
* Monitor operations and conduct routine and on-going assessment of the building systems operations and performance
* This position is expected to have the skills set required to self-perform the repair and maintenance of building infrastructure systems, other than major OEM tear down maintenance
* Perform tests and analyzes data to ensure the proper functioning of all assigned equipment
* Comply with all written and verbal instructions from supervisors to protect the critical load and preserve the uninterrupted availability of the site infrastructure
* Answer and assist with service calls as assigned
* Assist with the maintenance of the industrial Centravac (Chill Water) plant. Operating, maintaining, repairing and installing piping, pumps, valves, boilers, compressors and other mechanical systems, equipment and automatic controls
* Maintain a daily mileage log, receipts and maintenance logs for vehicle
* Prepare paperwork and file all documentation in a timely manner
* Perform manufactures monthly, quarterly, and annually inspect on all facility CRAC to ensure proper operation
* Respond to service calls as they pertain to such equipment
* Be available for continued education in and out of state
* All other duties as assigned

Credentials:

* Pass gaming background check
* Standard Driver's License

* Enviromental Protection Agency Certification

*This position will require travel throughout the Chickasaw Nation boundaries in OK.
