**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have expertise in HVAC building automated systems, electrical, and industrial maintenance. As a Cheif Building Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and operation of our facilities.

**Duties:**

- Conduct routine inspections and monitor building automation systems (BAS) and have a thorough understanding of the operation of the BAS and building controls.

- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance tasks on BAS

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues

- Analyze equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements

- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with all fire safety systems and regulations.

- Schedule annual inspections and oversee processes

- Assist with all office site projects

- Respond promptly to emergency situations

**Skills:**

- Strong electrical knowledge, including high and low voltage systems

- Effective communication with and coordination of building vendors and contractors

- Proficiency in HVAC building automated systems

- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify solutions

- Experience in industrial maintenance practices

- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs
