Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Needs of Residential Service Department
- Provide technical guidance to team members
- Inspect HVAC systems and equipment to ensure functionality
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC units
- Residential

Skills:
- Proficient in HVAC systems, maintenance, Repair, Air flow
- Experience as a service technician or mechanic
- Knowledge of equipment repair and design
- Ability to operate as a van driver for service calls
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
