We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our customers by providing efficient and effective HVAC solutions.

**Duties:**

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, and appliances.

- Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of HVAC systems.

- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.

- Respond promptly to service calls from clients to address any issues with their HVAC systems.

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.

-Work with our team to help with mold protocols in HVAC systems.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

- Ability to operate various hand and power tools to perform equipment repairs.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is a plus.

- Excellent mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment repair processes.

- Familiarity with property maintenance tasks is advantageous.

- Certification or training in HVAC systems is preferred.
