Installs, and repairs sheet metal products and equipment associated with all HVAC related work, according to job specifications and blueprints.

Selects gauge and type of sheet metal according to product being fabricated and knowledge of metal.

Locates and marks dimension and reference lines on metal sheets.

Installs assemblies in plant or worksite according to blueprint specifications, using hand tools and portable power tools.

Inspects assemblies and installation for conformance with specifications, using measuring instruments.

Essential Duties:

Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products.
Installation of FRP product and material.
Completes on site design changes, if needed. Bolts, rivets, screws, clips, caulks, or bonds component parts to assemble products.
Installs assemblies in supportive framework according to blueprints.
Inspects assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications and requirements.
Repairs and maintains sheet metal products.
Must be able to establish daily and weekly goals.
At least 4 years experience
