Oasis Heating and Cooling has immediate openings for HVAC Technicians and Installers. We are a family-owned company that has been in business since 1997. We are looking for motivated, reliable, friendly, and flexible HVAC Technicians and Installers to join our tight-knit team.

Primary duties include:

Repairing heating, cooling, and water heater systems
Troubleshooting issues within heating, cooling, and water heater systems
Advising and assisting clients in navigating repair and replacement decisions to ensure their understanding of the process
Inspecting and performing detailed regularly scheduled maintenance for our clients
Responding to emergency maintenance requests as needed

Job Requirements:

EPA Certification
Minimum of 2 years experience
Clean driving record
Valid drivers license
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Flexibility in hours and scheduling as needed
Ability to complete the physical tasks associated with the installs and maintenance appointments
Problem-solving skills
Kind and respectful demeanor towards clients and coworkers
Focused and detail-oriented skillset
Ability to multitask
