**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced HVAC SR. Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and possess excellent leadership skills to oversee and coordinate HVAC projects effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

- 10+ years of supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

- 10+ yrs working directly in the mechanical contracting market as a PE, APM, or PM

- Coordinate with contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Oversee the scheduling of HVAC projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.

- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.

- Train and mentor HVAC technicians on best practices and safety procedures.

- Manage inventory of parts and equipment needed for HVAC projects.

**Skills:**

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation techniques.

- Experience in project management, including project scheduling, coordination, and budgeting.

- Proficiency in construction management software for project tracking and reporting.

- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans for accurate project execution.

- Familiarity with construction estimating to provide accurate cost assessments.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and contractors effectively.

- Knowledge of tools like Bluebeam and Primavera for project coordination and management.

- Previous experience in overseeing the build process in HVAC projects.

- Healthcare, Mission Critical, or Advanced Manufacturing would be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
