Assistant Maintenance PositionImmediate opening for someone with apartment maintenance experience!

This maintenance position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity, general maintenance, repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance for the apartment community. This involves insuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and anyone else working or visiting the property.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, perform, and assign maintenance team to perform minor and routine maintenance and repairs, including:
- Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
- A/C and heating systems
- Appliances
- Interior/exterior lights
- Boiler, gas, and electric systems
- Pool areas and equipment
Complete all tasks properly and efficiently.
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all safety processes are followed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance
Strong experience in apartment maintenance
HVAC Certification
Valid Driver's License
