Job Title: Refrigeration Technician

Location: San Francisco Bay Area (On-Site)

Job Type: Direct Hire – Fulltime

HANDS ON

Trouble-shot self-contained, ice machines, and refrigeration equipment

Brazing and soft solder

Repair refrigeration racks

New coil installation

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· 1+ year experience in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting with HVAC/R systems and units or equivalent education in trade school or apprenticeship required

· Prior experience working with commercial or industrial HVAC/R or electrical mechanics preferred

· Proven ability to troubleshooting and problem solving with a strong sense of urgency, initiative and drive required

· Openness to learn something new every day in a fast-paced environment required

· EPA HVAC/R certified a plus

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience

· College or Technician Certification in HVAC/R or Refrigeration a plus

· Demonstrated proficiency using hand tools, electrical schematics, & reading drawings a plus

· Valid driver’s license required

· Ability to pass background check and drug screen required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.41 - $39.03 per hour
