Pay Range: $25-$42/hr based on experience (with opportunities for additional compensation)

Qualifications:

HS graduate (associate degree or technical school certificate in HVAC preferred)
3 years+ install experience
3 to 5 years of service experience (residential and light commercial) HVAC system troubleshooting/repair
Knowledge of basic and advanced sheet metal skills
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must pass drug screen

Primary Job Functions:

Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices, air balancing principles and techniques, and familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
Build strong customer relationships by knowing their needs, making recommendations, and setting expectations.

Pay: $24.00 - $42.00 per hour
