Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heatingand air condi tioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in property maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and appliance repair will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

- Inspect and perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems

- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC equipment

- Perform routine cleaning of HVAC components

- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns

- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with at least 5 years experience

- Strong knowledge of property maintenance and mechanical systems

- Proficient in appliance repair and troubleshooting techniques

- Familiarity with field service operations and equipment repair

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- EPA certification for handling refrigerants is preferred
