Job Description – Service Technician

Reports To: Service Manager

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service while fixing and maintaining HVAC systems at multiple locations
Prepare daily service tickets

Qualifications, Competencies, & Abilities:

Travel to multiple locations daily
Clean driving record as this position requires the use of a company provided service truck
Journeyman level of training from the union
Extensive knowledge of HVAC and Pipping
Structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Self-Motivated, with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
Strong level of attention to detail.
Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and written so others will understand.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including executives.

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment.

Education and Experience:

3 plus years working independently fixing and maintaining HVAC systems
