Royal Air is seeking an experienced air conditioning and heating Comfort Advisor to meet in the homes of our Dallas , TX customers.

As a territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated geographic area. You will meet homeowners and provide them with multiple options and share with them information about their comfort system and explain to them the benefits, finance, return on investment, and indoor air quality. We provide 100% of sale leads, vehicle, cell phone, and gas card. We require to attend Weekly team meeting headquartered in Houston.

Responsibilities:

Run 2-5 leads per day.
Presents HVAC system replacement options; Offer-related and add-on products to maximize sales opportunities
Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
Follow-up with customers on previous leads ran to offer any additional information the customers may need to close the deal
Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.

Job requirements include:

1-2 years of experience in a lead generation style of work is preferred, prior HVAC industry is a plus.
Provide excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Must be deadline and detail-oriented
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Good presentation and public speaking skills.

Have an outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
