House of Heat is looking for Lead HVAC service technicians. Minimum 5 years in HVAC trade required. This position will require you to service and maintain residential with some light commercial. We work on forced air systems, boilers(H.W. and Steam), mini-splits, heat pumps, and high-velocity AC systems. Must have Valid driver's license and clean driving record. No Felonies. Must have availability to take home work vehicle. Must have EPA certification.

Service Technician Benefits

Time and a half after 8 hours not 40
Double time after 8 pm during the week and on weekends
$35 for every noncall back overtime service call
Weekend on-call Technician paid double time, plus $100.00 just for being on-call
