HVAC/Maintenance Lead - Direct Hire

Direct-hire opportunity to become an on-site HVAC/Maintenance Lead for a leading commercial property management firm in the Triangle!

What We Want:

As HVAC/Maintenance Lead, you possess strong hands-on experience preferably within the commercial property industry. You have diagnosed HVAC issues and made corrective repairs. As the HVAC/Maintenance Lead, you have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and are well-versed in building automation systems! You will have previous experience monitoring computer room air-conditioning (CRAC) units. The HVAC/Maintenance Lead will preferably be Universal EPA certified.

What You’ll Do:

As HVAC/Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and HVAC system monitoring. You will be a liaison between the property and tenants. As HVAC/Maintenance Lead, you will troubleshoot HVAC/system issues and, when possible, make the repairs necessary. You will maintain the work order system and coordinate all onsite inspections. The HVAC/Maintenance Lead will be the point-of-contact for all vendors and will conduct routine building inspections.
