Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to service calls and perform field service repairs as needed
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites

Experience:

-Must have Journeyman's HVAC license
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R equipment
- Familiarity with property maintenance and equipment repair
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
