We are looking for a professional HVAC Lead Installer for residential air conditioning. You must have your own tools and a minimum of 2 years of experience. We are busy with change-outs and need to add to our strong team to get the work done.

To qualify, you must:

* Have strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and be able to lead an installation team.

* Leading the team includes managing the customer and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

* Be self-organized and understand priorities is a must

* NATE certification is a plus

* Daily coordination and cooperation with management

* Must be able to lift 55 lbs. plus when required

* Drug free workplace

* Driver’s license with clean driving record

* Must consent to a background check
