Wanted Full-Time Commercial HVAC Technician, Refrigeration Tech, and Equipment Tech to service our successful 32+ store Charlotte, NC area restaurants.

Job Duties:

·Install and service all HVAC, refrigeration and equipment in our Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins restaurants in the Charleston, SC and surrounding areas. (which may be new or in existing suites).

· Ensure that work is completed in accordance with Dunkin’s requirements, and franchisee’s standards.

· Consult with Director on any project issues.

· Position requires local travel to jobsites on a weekly or as needed basis.

Job Qualifications:

· 10+ years Experience in HVAC-R QSR plus experience in restaurant food equipment or willing to learn and master.

· Ability to work independently and remotely (there is no central office for this position). Strong communication skills needed.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Must have a valid driver’s license.
