Our commission is 10% for sales and 20% for repairs

We are growing and in need of a friendly, hard-working, and passionate Licensed Technician to add to our team. Here at Turbo Home Services, we are all about our team members and their success both professionally and personally. We are looking for individuals who are confident in offering the homeowners options for their repairs and not only sales.

Responsibilities:

no heat/cool calls, commission, equipment selling opportunities, we are also a plumbing company and if you like sales, we can train you on plumbing and you can sell water heaters and repipes and anything you feel comfortable with
Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards
MUST be able to troubleshoot HVAC systems and can an successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and AC systems.

Qualifications:

MUST have an EPA license.
Registration as a technician with TDLR is a requirement
3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
2+ years of sale experience is a MUST
Strong residential service and sales experience is a MUST
Up to date on the latest tools of the trade; cameras, testers, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
Results driven in a high-energy environment
Technically competent with duct design and layout; as well as Heat Load Calculations, Blown in Insulation, Indoor Air Quality and Parts and Equipment Sales.
