American Cooling Solutions Inc (ACSI) is looking for a full time Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician with a strong work ethic to perform routine maintenance, repair various types of HVAC/R equipment, troubleshoot, be a positive team player and offer clients value-added services. Candidates must be able to work independently and safely.

Qualifications include, completion of HVAC/R Trade School, strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components, EPA Certification, clean motor vehicle record, availability for long hours, weekends, holidays, overtime, and physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, relevant certification, or associate degree in HVAC/R technology, proven experience, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and must be okay with commuting throughout Southern California or Northern California (depending on your assigned region). Must pass a drug test and background check and submit to random drug testing.

Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries
Must be okay with commuting throughout Southern CA or Northern CA (depending on your assigned region)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant certification or associate degree in HVAC/R technology
Proven experience in HVAC/R system installation, maintenance, and repair
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (a must)

Approximate Hours per week: 30-40+
