Job Title: Permanent HVAC Install Technician

Salary Range: $40-45/hour + commission

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and codes

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain customer satisfaction

- Complete required documentation and reports accurately and timely

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Install Technician

- Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
