Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in plumbing and related fields. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Plumbing Technician will work independently in the field, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Hourly wage is DOE!
Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as HVAC technicians and carpenters as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Skills
- Proficient in field service operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing systems.
- Experience in blueprint reading to accurately follow plans for installations or repairs.
- Experience with high-end fixtures and luxury homes is highly valued.
- Ability to use power tools effectively for various tasks.
- Basic welding skills for pipe repairs may be required.
- Knowledge of pipe threading techniques for proper installation of piping systems.
- General maintenance person skills that contribute to overall maintenance tasks.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
