- Level 3: $34.00-$43.00/hr
- Level 4: $42.00+/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Senior Service Technician (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HVAC Commercial experience, hold an EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration, and excel in troubleshooting and servicing a wide range of HVAC systems. Level 3 Technicians must demonstrate expertise with PMs, small RTUs, split systems, larger RTUs, medical chillers, cooling towers, Intellipaks, SCUD units, and pumps.
Level 4 Technicians must additionally possess experience with screw chillers, centrifugal chillers, air-cooled chillers, Flakt and Joy fans, and pneumatic systems.
This position involves frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, humidity, and other elements. Candidates must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting/moving up to 75 lbs regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues, including mechanical failures in RTUs, chillers, and advanced HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and service on small and large-scale HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and repair medical chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and specialized units.
- Model and promote safety best practices for the team.
- Represent the company professionally as a direct customer contact, ensuring positive interactions.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HVAC Commercial experience.
- EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration.
- For Level 4: Experience with screw chillers, centrifugal chillers, Flakt/Joy fans, and pneumatic systems is required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift/move up to 75 lbs.
