We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Comfort Advisor to join our team. Employee would be given a company vehicle. In this role, you will work closely with residential based clients to assess their heating, cooling, and energy efficiency needs. You will provide tailored recommendations, educate customers on available HVAC systems and services, and guide them through the decision-making process. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service while achieving sales targets and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to evaluate customers’ HVAC needs.
Present customized HVAC solutions and service options to clients.
Prepare and deliver detailed quotes, explaining benefits and costs clearly.
Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and concerns.
Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company growth.
Stay updated on the latest HVAC products, services, and industry trends.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or home improvement industry.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
