Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician III to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality field service support for various HVAC systems, including air conditioning and ammonia refrigeration units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment repair, design, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. As a Service Technician III, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, focusing on air conditioning and ammonia refrigeration.
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose issues and provide solutions for equipment malfunctions.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure systems meet specifications and standards.
- Drive company van to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician in the HVAC field or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, ammonia refrigeration, and equipment repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $27.36 - $42.00 per hour
