Texas Maintenance Development (TMD) is a 24-hour commercial and industrial maintenance company. We are looking for all knowledgeable and skilled Licensed Technician to undertake various repair and maintenance tasks. Your role will be highly essential in ensuring that all facilities are in good condition by addressing any repair and maintenance issues that may arise. You will be responsible for completing all tasks in a professional and timely manner while adhering to safety procedures.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of commercial facilities to identify any issues that may require repair or maintenance.
- Perform commercial maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing plumbing issues, repairing electrical issues, and addressing problems within your licensed skilled trades set.
- Conduct repairs on commercial equipment.
- Assemble and install industrial fixtures such as shelves, curtains, and cabinets.
- Detect and troubleshoot problems with commercial equipment, Industrial and retail buildings then coordinate with any contractors to ensure repairs are completed within a reasonable time frame.
- Follow safety procedures and always maintain a safe efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory of repair supplies and equipment and ensure that all stocks are replenished as needed.
- Use the TMD document system, Cost, to maintain accurate daily records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections carried out.
Requirements- Skills/Knowledge:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of at least one of the above licensed trades for commercial maintenance
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and other staff professionally
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to set timelines and standards
- General maintenance skills and knowledge of construction techniques
- Ability to work flexibly and adjust schedules to meet the needs of the facility
- Physical dexterity and ability to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification

Schedule- 24 hour, 365 days:
· Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (typically)
· Monday – Friday 5pm – 11p (occasionally)
· Monday – Friday 11pm – 8am (rarely)
· Saturday at any time (occasionally)
· Sunday at any time (rarely)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
