As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be collaborating regularly with the Customer Service, Sales, and Client Management departments to build a cohesive plan to execute.
Customer Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Deliver on outreach and sales initiatives through direct communication within the local region
- Provide excellent customer service through a thorough understanding of client products and services, and answering inquiries properly
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze daily and weekly sales metrics, helping forecast trends and deliver actionable insights to upper management
- Represent our company and clients with integrity and professionalism, fostering trust through empathetic and effective communication
- Master negotiation techniques and closing strategies through hands-on training, driving customer acquisition and optimizing sales for clients
Customer Sales Representative Qualifications
- Background in customer service, retail, sales, or client relations
- An interest in learning more about business management and development in order to properly assist our clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills under different situations
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Collaborative and comfortable asking questions while working with other Customer Sales Representatives or members of the management team
