**Job Description:**
ISS Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients throughout the Tampa Bay Area.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC/R equipment and controls, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and refrigeration systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of service calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial/industrial HVAC/R Service Technician.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, controls, and components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
