Responsibilities:
- HVAC duct work (round, square)
- Leading 1?2-person team
- Install and service HVAC units on a wide variety of jobsites in commercial setting
- Troubleshooting problems
- Cutting, threading, or hammering pipes using various power and hand tools
- Cutting or boring holes in structures
- Drawing layouts to scale while studying blueprints and following relevant codes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial construction industry preferred
- A deep understanding of state and local building codes
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic with a positive and calm mindset
- References to verify your professional skills and experience
- Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time and to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have power tools and hand tools to complete trade work
- Must have supervisor experience The hourly rate for this position is as stated above.
