How You Stand Out:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical training or coursework in HVAC is a plus!

Experience:

Basic construction or mechanical experience preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a bonus!

Customer Interaction: Assist in providing a positive customer experience by answering questions and addressing concerns on-site.
Learning and Development: Participate in on-the-job training to gain technical skills and earn certifications (e.g., EPA Type 2, Universal, NATE).
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
