Restaurant General Manager's responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. Restaurant General Manager will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire restaurant operation
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
- Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations for employees and restaurant
- Control costs
- Successfully promote and publicize the brand
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as a restaurant manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as a restaurant shift manager or restaurant general manager
- Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
- Restaurant Management Experience

- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a telephone or other reliable means of communicating with all Team Members.
