Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional drain cleaning services for residential and light commercial properties, ensuring high customer satisfaction without unnecessary upselling.
- Inspect, clean, and clear clogged drains, sewer lines, and plumbing fixtures.
- Diagnose and resolve drainage issues effectively and efficiently using specialized tools and equipment, such as drain snakes, hydro-jetters, and cameras.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive cleaning on drainage systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, delivering high-quality service and support to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
- Educate customers on proper maintenance practices to prevent future drainage issues.
- Keep tools and equipment organized and well-maintained.
- Always follow safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive work atmosphere and enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in drain cleaning.
- Ability to lift and carry 150+ lbs multiple times throughout the day.
- Must pass a drug test
- Clean driving record is required.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- One Saturday every six weeks, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pay and Benefits:
- Annual salary of $75,000.00 - $100,000.00, with hourly pay and commission incentives.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
