Position: Service Technician (HVAC)
Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay: $26/hour
Experience: 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a residential and/or commercial setting.
Education: Valid HVAC technician license or certification (if required in your jurisdiction)
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Must be able to work OT and be on-call as needed)
Greene Resources is seeking a Service Technician (HVAC) to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Inspect and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and troubleshoot problems to identify the root cause.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components using hand tools and specialized equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
