This is a customized opportunity for right candidate, superb upside, strong corporate culture, high income opportunities, good starting base.
GM position is focused on owner-minded strong GM controlled operations. GM will be seasoned, have restaurant DNA, heavily experienced in full service, high volumes, with commanding presence, and balanced kind nature, a coach, mentor who can discipline with respect. We do not shred the individual, we build and believe in integrity, deep culture, honesty and hard work, it’s the GM role and the business. Bar, Servers, Host, we work an A team mainly, then B teams becoming As, there is no C team.
Each of our restaurant assets have a skilled credentialed Chef who runs culinary, with GM as lead, Chefs report up-line to Corporate Executive Chef. GM and Chef have the latitude to run the business as theirs but only under the standards set by the executive leadership and owner, me. We don't have a standard corporate culture with a sleepy future. We're professionals, highly driven, master’s at our work, and only have interest in candidates who meet this standard.
GM must always have an extreme conquering intuition of the restaurant and its shortfalls during any shift and take immediate action to correct same individually. No GM in this role sees an issue then delegates to others, they step into problem and bring instant cure. IF you’re NOT that person, do not apply.
