Immediate position available for experienced commercial HVACR service technician in Tampa Bay area. Seeking qualified candidates that can handle all aspects of maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems for a large commercial client base covering the west coast of Florida.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5-years' experience in light commercial air conditioning and refrigeration to include maintenance, service and installation.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of light commercial HVAC systems, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to perform all physical aspects associated with HVACR repairs and maintenance.
- Minimum 5-years' experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, adjusting and/or repairing a variety of malfunctions in complex, multi-zone air conditioning systems, devising, and controlling air distribution efficiently to achieve maximum comfort.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing exhaust systems and make-up air units.
- Good communication skills both verbally and in electronic communications.
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to develop and build positive business relationships with clients.
- While performing the duties of this position the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit. Must also be able to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
